- Communicate with all levels of the organization in addressing needs of the team members and resolving issues that may arise

- Assist with the recruitment for Factory Team Member positions including, prescreening, booking orientations, testing, reference checking and correspondence

- Create and post daily announcements; post internal job postings and communications

- Support, coach, and counsel front line supervision in employee relations and legislative matters

- Conduct investigations when needed.

- Responsible for coordinating the Concerns Resolution Process

- Manage employee discipline in consultation with the HR team

- Conduct exit interviews and report results form collection of benchmarking data

- Assist other HR team members with projects, policy development, and implementation of HR initiatives

- Other duties are assigned




- Post Secondary education in Human Resources Management with CHRP or designation in progress with a minimum of 1-3 years direct experience in a generalist or specialist role

- Has a strong working knowledge or applicable legislation

- Must have a strong customer focus along with solid interpersonal, and communication skills as will be interacting with people in all levels of the organizatio
